Our Capacity

CONGLETON ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENTS LTD operate a 24 hour shift working system enabling us to offer a service to suit any customer requirement.

We are presently preparing for I.S.O. 9002 assessment. Our quality manual has been approved by the BSI and the assessment is expected in the near future. In the interim period, however, certificates of conformity are available on request as are quarantined / audited work facilities.

SPACE
The main site is 25,000 sq feet & the sheet metal work unit, is 8,000 sq feet.

DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
We can also offer a confidential Design and Development facility producing Prototypes and working Models.

FINISHING

All materials can be finished to customers' individual requirements, whereas in house paint facilities are available specialist suppliers are contracted to achieve the following finishes.

• Other Finishes available on request

DELIVERY
Delivery forms an integral part of our service and is included in all quotations where requested. Arrangements can be made for special transportation of goods where the product is particularly vulnerable.
